Your buyer asked AI: who should I buy from?

It gave them a shortlist. You were not on it.

You have probably never seen that answer. We show you what the AI engines say about your business, make you the one they name, and measure whether it moved.

We ran this on our own business first. It went from zero AI citations to being named by all four engines.

Sources on every lineThe market, measured

Your buyers search twice now. Google. And the assistant.

ChatGPT searches using Bing’s index, and Perplexity leans on it too. Both read the same pages Google does. A site that does not rank is not in the assistant’s answer either.

Google still sends far more visitors. The assistant sends fewer, because it often answers without sending anyone anywhere. The three groups below separate what was counted in each, because they measure different things.

Most pages are invisible

These count pages, not visits.

96.55%

3.45%

Who gets named

These count mentions, not pages or visits.

14%

43.8%

of what ChatGPT cites is a list or a comparison, which is the format you can own on your own site

Read as one number, these disagree because they count three different things. That is why the groups are labelled. The assistant sends few visitors because it often answers the question itself, and the ones it does send already decided before they arrived.

Customer journeyHow it works

From absent to cited. From signal to sale.

One product runs both lanes: get cited in the answers AI gives, and reach the buyers showing buying signals. You never touch the machinery. You read the report, and you take the meetings.

  1. You rank for your keywords
  2. AI cites you because you rank
  3. Buyers find you
  4. They buy

None of those four steps can be bought, and none of them happen out of order. Ranking comes first, because the engines cite pages that already rank. That is why we do the search work and the writing as one job rather than two.

  1. Week 1

    Get your free report.

We run your buyers’ real questions and show you exactly where you stand today.

  2. Weeks 2 to 5

We answer on your own site.

Answers, blogs and guides for the questions your buyers actually ask. Every one is written with The Frame Method, our structural writing check: it works on how a page is built rather than the words it uses, so the page holds up to a sceptical reader and the engines can lift a clean answer straight out of it. This is the first thing we build.

  3. Weeks 2 to 6

    We close the technical gaps.

The things that stop the engines reading you at all. Structured data, the pages they cannot parse, the facts they cannot find. This runs beside the writing, not before it.

  4. Ongoing, B2B

    We reach the buyers.

For B2B, we reach the decision-maker at each buyer with a reason specific to their business.

  5. Every month

We re-measure, on the same questions.

Same questions as week one, run again on the same engines, so you can see what moved and what did not.

Scope of workWhat we deliver

We don’t just find the problem. We fix it.

YourCite helps brands become more visible across Google, AI search and the platforms customers use to discover, compare and choose businesses. We identify where your brand is being missed, which competitors are appearing instead, and then we do the work to close those gaps.

01

Visibility audit

We test the real questions your customers ask, and measure where your brand appears across Google and AI platforms.

02

Competitor analysis

We identify which competitors are being discovered and recommended instead of you, and why.

03

SEO implementation

Not a list of recommendations. We implement the priority SEO improvements across your website.

04

Demand-driven content

We create and optimize content around the questions, problems and searches your customers actually use.

05

AI visibility optimization

We improve how AI systems understand your brand, products, expertise and relevance, so your business has a better chance of being mentioned when customers ask for recommendations.

06

Local visibility

For businesses with physical locations or service areas, we improve the signals that help customers discover you in the markets you serve.

07

Continuous measurement

We keep testing the searches that matter and track whether your visibility is actually improving.

We don’t just tell you what to do. We do the work.

The engines name a shortlist, and you are on it or you are not. We measure which.

Measured, not claimedProof

We ran it on ourselves before we sold it.

We own a manufacturer and tested this on ourselves first. It ranked #1 on Google and was cited zero times by AI engines. We fixed it and measured every step.

It is our own company, not a client, and it is the only case we have measured end to end so far. A paying client’s case goes here when we have one, with the same detail.

Same pattern in every category.

The engine gives a shortlist, and you are on it or you are not. We ran the same six questions for our manufacturer that we would run for you.

How complete

Of six buyer questions, this is how many each engine names us in.

What the engines quote

Almost half of what ChatGPT cites is a list or a comparison, which is the format you can own on your own site.

Made the content readable

Engines do not run JavaScript. Anything that renders client-side only is invisible to them, however well it ranks.

Built the comparison page

The format engines quote from most. Ours became the page ChatGPT and Claude cited almost word for word.

Where it is still capped

ChatGPT cited our comparison page and then flagged it as self-published. The fix is third-party coverage of the same facts. That is the next phase, and it is not done.

Corrected what AI got wrong

Every engine repeated the same wrong fact. We fixed the source and re-verified. One fix, every engine.

Every page on this site, including the case study you are about to read, is written with The Frame Method, the structural writing check we built for our own work. It is why these pages do not share one shape, and why the engines can lift a clean answer out of them. More on how we write.

We tested this on our own company first. A free report shows what the engines say about yours.

No account managers. No juniors learning on your budget. The person who builds the scanner, writes the content, and reads the threads your customers post in is the person on your calls.

You are buying the person whose name is on the work.

No lock-insWhy the price is honest
“You’re not paying for tools. Anyone can install tools. You’re paying for the system that already made every expensive mistake so you don’t have to.”

The reason we cost less than the average US agency isn’t less work. It’s a lower cost structure we built over two years. Same scope of work, lower overhead.

Month-to-month, because the work should retain you, not the contract.

The engine names you, for 70% less.

The saving is not because the work is smaller. Our overhead is lower, so the same scope of work costs us less to run.

We built this on our own business first. It went from no AI citations to being named by all four engines, and we measured every step. Now we are offering it to the first ten clients at this rate, because they are taking the same risk we did.

$997 a month, flat, month to month. The AI SEO Engine makes you findable and the one worth choosing. The Leads Engine gets you in front of buyers. Either stands alone, and each costs 70% less than the average US agency retainer of $3,209 a month.

The $3,209 is the average US agency retainer, from Ahrefs' survey of 439 SEO providers.

101 answers readyAsk us anything

Ask what you like. The answer is below.

Is there a separate job for AI answers?

No. Google says its AI features are rooted in its core Search systems, and the AI engines read the same pages Google does. So we run it as one program rather than selling you three.

Which engines do you measure?

Four: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity. We run your buyers’ real questions across all four and record whether you are named, and who is named instead.

What does it cost?

Two engines, $997/mo each flat, month-to-month. Run either on its own, or both from $1,994/mo. The founder rate applies to the first 10 clients. Last 2 slots available.

Every answer here is written and checked before it ships, so nothing on this page is a guess.
