What we collect, and what we never do with it.
This policy is short because our data practice is short. If anything here is unclear, email us and we will explain it.
What we collect
- If you ask for a free report: the domain you want checked and the email address to send the report to. Those two fields are what the form asks for.
- If you contact us: your name, email address, an optional domain, and your message.
- If you become a client: whatever is needed to deliver the work you engaged us for.
What we do not collect
We do not run advertising pixels or behavioural analytics on this site, and we do not build a profile of you across other websites. There are no advertising cookies and nothing here is sold or rented to anyone.
Why we hold it
To produce and send the report you asked for, to reply to your message, and to deliver work you engaged us to do. That is the whole purpose. We do not use your details to send you unrelated marketing, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
Who is responsible for your data
YourCite is the trading name of GMI Exports, registered in India, and GMI Exports is the entity responsible for the personal data described here. Registered address: GMI Exports, WZ-75, Todapur Road, New Delhi 110012, India. Contact: hello@yourcite.com.
Who else touches it
- Hosting and database. This site is served by a static hosting provider, and form submissions are stored in a managed database. Both are processors acting on our instructions.
- Email. Reports and replies are sent through an email service provider.
- Public search data. To measure AI visibility we search for the questions your buyers ask. That process reads public search results and does not require any personal data about you.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not share it with anyone except the processors above.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as we are in contact with you and for as long as we need them to serve you. A report you requested stays available at its own link. You can ask us to delete your details at any time and we will remove them, except where we are required to keep a record by law.

- Ask us to correct it.
- Ask us to delete it.
- Ask us to stop contacting you.
One email to hello@yourcite.com is enough for any of these. We will confirm when it is done.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page and change the date below. Material changes affecting how we use your data will be communicated to anyone it affects.
