What we do, and what we do not promise.
Short, and written to be read. These terms cover the free visibility report and any paid engagement with YourCite.
YourCite is the trading name of GMI Exports, registered in India (registered address: WZ-75, Todapur Road, New Delhi 110012, India). “We” and “us” below mean that entity.
The free report
The report is provided at no cost and with no obligation. It measures the public search and AI-answer landscape for the domain you give us, at the time we run it. Search results and AI answers change constantly, so a report describes what was visible when it ran, not a permanent state. You may share it freely.
Paid engagements
- Scope first. We agree in writing what will be measured and built before work starts, and the fee for it.
- What the fee buys. Work performed: measurement, the fixes we agree, and reporting. It does not buy a guaranteed position in any search engine or AI answer.
- The movement guarantee. Where an engagement includes it, if your visibility score has not moved by the stated check point, the following month is not charged.
- Term. Engagements run month to month unless we agree otherwise in writing. Either side may end an engagement with reasonable notice.
What we do not promise
We do not promise a specific ranking, a specific number of AI mentions, a specific revenue, conversion or order figure. Nobody controls the ranking systems, and any company promising you one is guessing. What we promise is the work, the measurement, and an honest report of what it changed.
What we ask of you
- Access needed to do the work, such as your site and your search console data, granted when you are comfortable granting it.
- Accuracy: tell us if something in a report is wrong and we will re-check it.
- Only submit domains you are entitled to have checked.
Intellectual property
You own your brand, your content and your data. We own our methods, software and the way we measure. Reports we produce for you are yours to use; our underlying tooling and methods remain ours.
Liability
We perform the work with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit or lost opportunity.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version in force for your engagement is the one agreed when it started. This page always shows the current version and its date below.
